1. Introduction

Clevered.AI ("the Extension") is a single-purpose productivity tool designed to enhance user-provided text prompts using artificial intelligence. This policy explains our commitment to your privacy.

2. Data Collection & Permissions

The Extension only accesses text within the chat input fields on supported platforms (claude.ai, chatgpt.com, gemini.google.com, grok.com, x.com/i/grok). Data is only collected when a user explicitly clicks the "Enhance" button. We do not collect browsing history, cookies, or personal identifying information.

3. Data Transmission & Processing

All data is transmitted securely via HTTPS/TLS encryption to our backend server (hosted on Railway). Prompts are processed via xAI's Grok API.

4. Data Retention & Usage

• No Storage: Your prompts are processed ephemerally. We do not store your prompts or the generated responses on our servers after the request is completed.
• No Training: We do not use your data to train AI models.
• No Marketing: Your data is never used for advertising, marketing, or profiling.

5. Third-Party Sharing

• We share submitted prompts with xAI for the sole purpose of generating your enhanced text. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any other third parties.
• While Clevered.AI does not store your data, xAI may retain API inputs for up to 30 days for safety and abuse monitoring purposes. This data is not used for model training and is isolated per request to prevent cross-contamination between users.

6. Limited Use Requirements

Clevered.ai's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google's Limited Use Policy.
